Joining forces with the Jr. League of Santa Barbara, developers Joanie and Dennis Franz are creating the Santa Barbara Design House & Gardens in Montecito, California. This beautiful home will open to the public September 13, 2012

Joanie and Dennis Franz, developers and prominent members of the Santa Barbara community, have planned an exciting collaboration of design and philanthropy set in one of California’s most prestigious neighborhoods – Montecito!

The Design House and Gardens featured the design/deorator work of:
Ryan Brown, Linda Chase, Jaime Dietenhofer, LuLu DK & Carla Lane, Christy Martin, Mary McDonald, David Phoenix, Ann Sutherland, Katerina Tana, Caroline and Steve Thompson, Mark Weaver, Steven Weinstock and Michelle Workman.
